UCLA Institute for Precision Medicine Sequencing Study
The UCLA Institute for Precision Medicine is sequencing exomes from 400,000 patients. They wanted a system that supports simultaneous analysis of DNAseq data and clinical chart information from 1.5M patients.
The ODA framework deployed OmicsDB on a commercial cloud and built an interface that combines access to DNAseq and clinical data.
This delivered a rapid identification of new genomic therapeutics partnering with pharmaceutical and single view of the patient driving a new type of personal care.

Providence Cancer Institute
Providence Healthcare system established a new genomics core to support cancer genotyping. They needed a package to manage their DNAseq data and integrate it with chart information and images from radiology and pathology.
ODA’s framework ingested the DNAseq data into OmicsDB And created ImageDS to handle pathology images. ODA set up its Framework on a commercial cloud, supporting analysis of all data types, including EHR. ODA created MyPatient360 to integrate all data types in a single, customizable interface.
Benefits: Provides physicians with the ability to follow their patient on their care continuum. Accelerates and enables more accurate diagnosis through the visualization, analysis, and data correlation of patient data. Drives personalized therapies for better patient outcomes.
