Providence Healthcare system established a new genomics core to support cancer genotyping. They needed a package to manage their DNAseq data and integrate it with chart information and images from radiology and pathology.

ODA’s framework ingested the DNAseq data into OmicsDB And created ImageDS to handle pathology images. ODA set up its Framework on a commercial cloud, supporting analysis of all data types, including EHR. ODA created MyPatient360 to integrate all data types in a single, customizable interface.
