UCLA Institute for Precision Medicine Sequencing Study
The UCLA Institute for Precision Medicine is sequencing exomes from 400,000 patients. They wanted a system that supports simultaneous analysis of DNAseq data and clinical chart information from 1.5M patients.
The ODA framework deployed OmicsDB on a commercial cloud and built an interface that combines access to DNAseq and clinical data.
This delivered a rapid identification of new genomic therapeutics partnering with pharmaceutical and single view of the patient driving a new type of personal care.
